The Idea

When I searched for IKIGAI Finder, I found many web based personality tests, career finders etc. Then there was a light bulb moment when I thought why not build it inside Notion.

How it works?

There are 5 Simple steps with brief description of each step:

• Step 1 : This step helps you understand yourself better. It will help you look at your interests, strengths, weaknesses and lifestyle goals.
• Step 2 : Now that you have a better understanding of yourself, it will be easy to list out careers that you prefer. If you open a career you listed as a page, you will find a a career template. If you choose to use that, you will find 4 questions to enhance your understanding about that career. You can add all the info related to that career too. Once you’ve filled it, head back to the table and tick the checkboxes according to your questions.
• Step 3 : After finishing step 2, when you open the results, you will find the careers which answered all 4 realms of IKIGAI.
• Step 4 : It has two questions to ask your inner-self.
• Step 5 : Final results compiling step 2 and step 3 will be found. The design of your life - Enter the career, list of side-hustles you will do and hobbies to keep you balanced. The final step is to enter the to-do’s to achieve that life you found. Career + Side-Hustles + Hobbies + Relationships = Happy Life.
